Terms of Use
What this page is
This website describes an outpatient psychiatric practice and lets you request an appointment. It does not provide medical advice, and nothing on it creates a clinician-patient relationship.
Not for emergencies
This practice is not a crisis service and cannot respond to emergencies. If you need immediate help, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
Booking
Submitting a time through the booking tool is a request, not a confirmed appointment. The practice confirms it, usually the same day. A time is only yours once you have confirmation.
Fees
The practice currently operates on a cash-pay basis: payment is due at the time of service. Current fees are published on the practice page. You receive a written Good Faith Estimate before your first appointment, as required by federal law for self-pay patients. Receipts are provided so you can submit them to your insurer.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. A missed appointment or a late cancellation may be charged.
Clinical decisions
Whether a medication is prescribed, and what is prescribed, is a clinical decision made with you during an appointment. Nothing on this website promises a particular treatment, prescription or outcome.
Information on this site
Content is written for a general audience and may not apply to your situation. It is reviewed and updated, but it is not a substitute for an assessment by a clinician who knows your history.
Privacy
How your information is handled is described in the Notice of Privacy Practices and the Privacy Policy linked at the foot of the practice page.
