What this page is
This website describes an outpatient psychiatric practice and lets you request an appointment. It does not provide medical advice, and nothing on it creates a clinician-patient relationship.
Not for emergencies
This practice is not a crisis service and cannot respond to emergencies. If you need immediate help, call or text 988 (the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.
Booking
Submitting a time through the booking tool is a request, not a confirmed appointment. The practice confirms it, usually the same day. A time is only yours once you have confirmation.
Fees
Payment is due at the time of service. The practice accepts Aetna, Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross of California and Curative, and self-pay is available if you would rather not use insurance. Where insurance is used, benefits are verified before the appointment and you remain responsible for any amount your plan does not cover.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel an appointment. A missed appointment or a late cancellation may be charged.
Clinical decisions
Whether a medication is prescribed, and what is prescribed, is a clinical decision made with you during an appointment. Nothing on this website promises a particular treatment, prescription or outcome.
